Food for some is just a source of energy or sustenance. For others, it’s a source of art and joy. Personally, I’m with the ‘Other” crowd. It’s the tastier option by a long shot! The Sensory + WIT Bar takes the art of food to the next level. The plate is no longer just a piece of shiny porcelain; it’s a canvas upon which the chef’s creations are presented. Sure, we tell our children not to play with their food, but it’s a good thing Chef Tracy Little pays no attention to that old adage. Surprising, playful taste combinations are the result.  

Of course, with every great meal, there is an equally excellent drink. Check out The WIT Bar below deck for hand-crafted artisan drinks with flare. The Drinks menu has a little something for everyone whether you prefer it shaken, stirred or neat. The bartenders even have an option for the indecisive bunch: just ask for the Bartender’s Choice.
